📦 Shipping Information

We currently ship within the UK.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping Options:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2–4 working days

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1–2 working days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.

🔁 Returns Policy

We want you to love your Pure Whispers products! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Eligibility:

You can return unused, unopened items in their original condition

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

How to Return:

1. Email us at purewhispers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions

3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out promptly.
